Cut Up & Quilt! is committed to total customer satisfaction. If for any reason you have a problem with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of shipment at 712-256-5550 to discuss your concern. If the decision is to return your purchase, you will be given a Return Authorization. Upon receipt of the merchandise with your proof of purchase, a credit will be given to your charge card account. If you do not have proof of purchase, you will receive an in-shop or online credit. If the return is due to defective merchandise or shipping error, Cut Up & Quilt! will refund the return shipping costs.

These are the charges that will appear on your order. However, we will adjust your charges to reflect the actual shipping charges after we package and weigh your order.
Please contact us with any questions you may have. We ship through UPS, FedEx and the United States Postal Service. Our goal is to process orders within 24 hours after receipt of that order. If we do not have a product in stock, our policy is to contact you immediately and discuss available options. If a product is on back order, we will ship it separately. If we are notified by a supplier that the product ordered is no longer available, we reserve the right to cancel that order.
